Selecting a Color:

  1. Click the color swatch to open the color picker
  2. Use the picker to select your desired color
  3. Alternatively, enter a hex code (e.g., #6366F1)
  4. The preview updates immediately

Default Viewer Settings

Configure how the 3D viewer behaves when customers first see it.

Default Settings

Start in 3D Mode

SettingEffect
EnabledViewer opens with 3D preview active immediately
DisabledViewer opens in 2D mode, customers click to enter 3D

Starting in 3D mode is more impressive but uses more device resources. For customers on older phones, 2D mode first may be gentler.

Best Practices

Logo Tips

Do:

  • Use a horizontal logo format
  • Keep file size under 500KB for fast loading
  • Use transparent PNG for seamless integration
  • Test on both light and dark backgrounds

Don't:

  • Use overly complex logos that don't scale well
  • Use logos with text that's too small to read
  • Upload huge file sizes (impacts load time)

Color Tips

Do:

  • Match your store's primary brand color
  • Ensure good contrast with white background
  • Test color accessibility (especially for buttons)

Don't:

  • Use colors that are too light/pale
  • Use colors that clash with product imagery
  • Change colors frequently (consistency matters)
